ALL-P GROUP performed foundation slab polishing using a completely different
technology at the X2 Development construction site.

On top of the several advantages, this approach significantly reduces the financial aspect of
the project since:

• As opposed to traditional practice, it does not require an additional floor layer. The
  surface of the foundation slab is mechanized, and a technological material is used, resulting
  in a wear-resistant parking floor of 700-800 grade. The product is characterized by a long
  service life;

 

• The ceiling height is retained, which greatly simplifies the arrangement of the
  communication system;

 

• 1 square meter of the building is lowered by 250 to 320 kilograms, ensuring its structural
  stability under seismic loading.

 

Works were underway on 900 square meters of the property.
