The company was founded in 2007.
Initially, ALL-P GROUP's scope of activity was flooring technologies. For the first time in Georgia, the company created Terrazzo, Vetrazzo and rustic floors, as well as mechanized floor screeding works. Over a short period of time ALL-P GROUP acquired the status of a leader in the field of floor technologies, which led to the expansion of the range of services and the company's transition to a new level.
Since its establishment, ALL-P GROUP has been focused on development and systematically offers innovative services and products to the Georgian market.
The standards established by ALL-P GROUP gave international brands a kind of impetus to operate in Georgia, because the company made it possible to render services in floor technologies in line with the requirements of the world construction industry.
Consequently, today the company's portfolio includes large-scale projects implemented for both local and international brands.
In 2022, the company exported its services outside the country, and All-P UZBEKISTAN was founded.

Nikoloz Machaladze - Director of ALL-P GROUP
Nikoloz Machaladze was born in Tbilisi, on May 30, 1985.
He graduated from the Technical University of Georgia in 2002, majoring in international relations. In 2004-2008, he studied marketing at Caucasus Business School.
In the direction of management, marketing and sales, he has participated in many international trainings and workshops.
Prior to 2015, Nikoloz Machaladze's activities were associated with managerial positions in various international and Georgian companies.
In 2015, he joined ALL-P GROUP and took the position of Commercial Director. During this period, the company has significantly broadened its client profile.
As of 2019, Nikoloz Machaladze holds the position of Director of ALL-P GROUP. A number of strategic achievements of the company are associated with his leadership. It was important for ALL-P GROUP to maintain stability in a context of coronavirus regulation. The company responded to this challenge by increasing the number of projects and employees.
Development of the international market is among the business tasks addressed by Nikoloz Machaladze. With his direct involvement and initiative, the company expanded the service beyond the borders of Georgia.
As a result, ALL-P UZBEKISTAN was founded in partnership with Beltera Holding in 2022.
