ALL-P GROUP has successfully completed the construction of the East Gate Cargo terminal in Poti. The project was particularly significant for the company due to its scale and complexity. ALL-P GROUP managed multiple construction and specialized workstreams within a single, coordinated process.

 

The project included the construction of a 1,500 sq. m administrative building, a 1,000 sq. m warehouse, and a 500 sq. m utility area. The scope of work covered the fabrication and installation of steel structures, sandwich panel cladding, installation of electromechanical engineering systems, and other specialized works. ALL-P GROUP also carried out the fit-out works for the buildings.

 

One of the largest components of the project was the installation of 50,000 sq. m of industrial concrete flooring. The works were carried out using Laser Screed Machine technology, in compliance with the requirements of the German construction standard DIN 18202.

 

Construction began during the winter under challenging weather conditions, adding further complexity to the coordination of the project’s various workstreams. Despite these conditions, ALL-P GROUP ensured consistent process management, compliance with quality standards, and the successful delivery of the project.
