ALL-P GROUP’s Large-Scale Project: Terminal Construction in Poti .

ALL-P GROUP is carrying out a large-scale terminal construction project in Poti. The scope of work includes the construction of two buildings: one designated as a warehouse facility and the other as an administrative office. ALL-P GROUP is delivering a full range of construction and fit-out services on the project. Currently, the fabrication and installation of steel structures are underway, followed by the installation of sandwich panel cladding. The project also includes the installation of electromechanical engineering systems. The entire construction process is being executed in full compliance with international standards and industry requirements.

As part of the project, ALL-P GROUP is also performing industrial concrete flooring works using the innovative Laser Screed Machine technology, fully compliant with the German construction standard DIN 18202.

Advantages of the Laser Screed Machine:

• Time Efficiency – enables the rapid completion of large-scale flooring areas; 
• High Productivity – provides the capacity to install up to 3,000 m² of concrete flooring in a single pour. 

Using this technology, industrial concrete flooring has been installed across a total area of 43,000 m² within the project. ALL-P GROUP commenced work on the project during the winter season under challenging climatic conditions. Despite these circumstances, the company continues to successfully maintain the project schedule and meet all established deadlines.
