"Considering the requirements and international trends in the industry, the existing services are constantly being updated. The research conducted at the end of 2023 proved to us the need to introduce a new direction in floor screed technology - lightweight screed," said George Purtseladze, Head of the Commercial Department of ALL-P GROUP, in an interview with the business publication COMMERSANT.

According to his estimates, the construction field met the news with interest, and the company is currently implementing several large-scale projects using new technologies. He also believes that several strategically significant projects are also at the negotiation stage.

"The product is notable for its high thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance features. Its main advantage is lightness - a lightweight screed compared to a standard dry screed is lightened up to 75-70%. This allows finding optimal solutions in design, both in load-bearing structures and in architectural and technological solutions," explains Purtseladze.

Among the sought-after services the head of the Commercial Department of "ALL-P Group" calls repair works, which are carried out with the use of glass blocks and microcement, considering modern design visions.

"Over recent years, we have significantly evolved our renovation works line of business. A design department has also been created in the company. The engagement of architects-designers greatly simplifies the process of obtaining the desired result for the customer," says George Purtseladze.
