All-P Group provided the VR Shekvetili Forest-Beach by Paragraph project with a range of important services.

The concrete works covered an area of 8,242 sq.m., while the waterproofing systems were installed across 2,437 sq.m.

The project stands out in the Black Sea region for its scale and future plans. It is being built in Shekvetili, next to the Paragraph Hotel, on 40 hectares of land.

The complex includes a 1,200-meter protected coastline, a boulevard, and bicycle and pedestrian paths, offering residents and visitors a comfortable and diverse environment.
