ALL-P GROUP Celebrates Its 19th Anniversary

ALL-P GROUP marks its 19th anniversary this year. The company’s development journey and future plans were discussed by its General Director, Nikoloz Machaladze, in an interview with BM.GE.
Having started its operations with flooring technologies and established itself as one of the leading companies in the field, ALL-P GROUP today offers a comprehensive range of construction and fit-out services to its clients.
To mark the anniversary, BM.GE interviewed Nikoloz Machaladze, General Director of ALL-P GROUP, who spoke about the company’s growth, implemented innovations, expanded service portfolio, and future vision.
According to Machaladze, the company’s success has been built on a strong commitment to quality, professionalism, and modern technologies.

“Over the past 19 years, we have introduced numerous important technologies and standards to the Georgian market. We continuously monitor international trends and strive to provide our partners with modern and efficient solutions,” he noted during the interview.

The discussion also highlighted the company’s expanded scope of operations. As explained by the General Director, ALL-P GROUP today operates not only in flooring technologies but also in the construction of private residential houses, fit-out works, and waterproofing systems.

Particular attention was given to the innovative technologies implemented by the company, including the Laser Screed Machine – a laser-guided floor leveling system that fully complies with the German construction standard DIN 18202.
The interview also reviewed several large-scale projects delivered in 2025, including fit-out works for the Caucasus University Campus, a project covering 18,000 square meters.
